Appetier + Uber Eats integration

Uber gives you two things: Uber Eats for marketplace orders, and Uber Direct for delivering orders from your own storefront. Uber Eats orders stay in Uber's tools. Uber Direct works with Appetier through your own keys.

What works

With your access: Paste your own Uber Direct keys in the console. Appetier then sends an Uber driver for your direct orders. Uber Eats marketplace orders stay in Uber's own tools.

On our own: Appetier runs your direct ordering site, with its fee on direct orders only. Uber Eats orders stay in Uber's own tools, under your Uber Eats commission plan.

What it does

Runs your direct ordering site, with one fee on direct orders only. Uber Eats orders are taken and managed in Uber's own tools.

Who it's for

Restaurants on Uber Eats who want to grow orders on their own site and keep Uber Eats for what it does.

What your Uber Direct access does

Uber Direct keys come from your own Uber account. Paste them once in the console. When a guest orders delivery on your site, Appetier asks for an Uber driver under your Uber Direct agreement. Uber Eats orders stay in Uber, where you take them today.

How Uber Eats orders reach you today

Uber Eats orders arrive in Uber's Order Manager app, which runs on your own tablet or phone. Its pricing page lists delivery commission at 20% on Lite, 25% on Plus, and 30% on Premium. Uber delivers its own orders, and payouts come from Uber.

Uber Direct is for orders from your own site

Restaurants get two separate services from Uber. The marketplace is Uber Eats, where guests find you inside Uber's app. Uber Direct supplies a driver for an order a guest placed on your own storefront. Paste your own Uber Direct keys in the console and Appetier requests that driver.

What Appetier does on its own

Appetier gives you a storefront where guests order from you directly. Its fee counts only orders through Appetier, online or in your store. Appetier never touches an Uber Eats order.

Uber Eats in Spanish-speaking markets

Uber's own location page lists Uber Eats in Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Panama, among other countries. Orders in those markets stay in Uber's tools, under the agreement you signed there. Confirm your city on Uber's page before you plan around it.
