With your access: Grubhub orders are taken and managed in Grubhub's own tools, on the tablet on your counter. Your Grubhub agreement sets the commission and payouts.

On our own: Appetier runs your direct ordering site, with its fee on direct orders only. Grubhub orders stay in Grubhub's own tools, under your Grubhub commission plan.

What Grubhub's plans include

Grubhub's marketplace plans include placement in Grubhub's consumer apps and a marketplace ordering link. Each plan carries its own commission, set in your Grubhub agreement. Appetier does not change it.

Grubhub Direct is a different agreement

Grubhub Direct is a branded ordering website that Grubhub runs without a commission. It bills differently from the marketplace plans, so check which agreement each location is on.

What Appetier does on its own

Appetier gives you a storefront where guests order from you directly. Its fee counts only orders through Appetier, online or in your store. Appetier never touches a Grubhub order.
