Franchisees and groups

Multi-location online ordering for franchisees, with a fee cap per unit

Run every unit on one menu and one look. Each store keeps its own hours, prices, and monthly fee cap, so a unit's fee follows its own sales.

Works withand any system that gives you API access

Every unit you add multiplies the upkeep

What you kept straight at one store slips at four, and each unit still has its own numbers to hit.

  • A price change reaches three stores and misses the fourth.
  • Each store's Google hours drift on their own.
  • Guests order from the wrong location.
  • One store's sold-out item still sells online.
  • Points earned downtown don't count uptown.
  • A slow unit pays the same subscription as a busy one.

Franchise online ordering: one brand, run per store where it matters

Everything is shared by default, and a location differs only where it needs to.

01

One menu, changed once

Publish a change, and guests at every location see it about a minute later, unless a location set its own.

02

Prices and items per location

Change a price or pull an item at the one store where it differs. The others keep the shared menu.

03

Hours and prep times per store

Each location sets its own hours, prep times, pickup and delivery options, and when to pause orders.

04

A cart first, then a location

Guests fill a cart before they pick a store. Anything that store can't sell is flagged, never dropped.

05

Loyalty across every location

One program spans the whole brand. Points earned at one store count at the next.

06

A catering menu per location

Each store keeps its own catering menu, lead time, and daily limit.

07

A fee and a statement for each unit

The billing page shows each location's direct sales, the fee so far, and the distance to the cap, updated daily.

Listings kept right at every address

Once you connect Google, Sous checks each location's listings every week.

01

Hours and links on Google

A weekly check fixes hours, links, and categories that stopped matching, one location at a time.

02

Apple Maps, Yelp, and Facebook

The same check fixes hours, links, and address there. Each location is matched once, and Yelp can hold a change for up to two weeks.

03

Pages for each neighborhood

City and neighborhood pages target the searches people make near each of your locations.

04

Review replies in one voice

Every Google review gets a reply in the brand's voice. Reviews of three stars or fewer always go to the owner.

Roll out one unit at a time

Start with a single store, and add the rest from the same template.

01

Launch the first location

Upload a logo and a photo of your menu, and the first store goes live in minutes.

02

Add stores from the shared template

A new location starts with the brand's menu and look. Set its hours, and its prices where they differ.

03

Connect the POS when you're ready

Each Square location maps to one Appetier location, and an unmapped one doesn't sell online. Connecting a POS is optional and never holds up a launch.

What a franchisee pays per unit, and what stays free

The fee is counted store by store.

01

A cap for each location

Growth is 5% of direct orders, and each location's fee stops at $199 a month on its own.

02

Marketplace orders at every store

DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub orders land in one queue and print in the POS. Appetier takes no commission on them.

03

Menus matched to each POS

Prices, hours, and sold-out items update from Square, Clover, or Toast.

Preview one of your units before you roll out the rest

The test drive builds a private storefront from one unit's current website, free, with no card and no call. Once you start free, the other locations are added in the console.

A guest orders a Double Royale on a brioche bun with fries on a phone, picks a Royal Burger store, pays, and sees the order confirmed
  1. Open the burger
  2. Pick the bun
  3. Add the fries
  4. Add it to the order
  5. Pick the store
  6. Go to checkout
  7. Place the order
  8. See it confirmed

The POS at each store stays in charge

Connect Square, Clover, or Toast, and prices, hours, and sold-out items update on their own. Groups with many locations can ask for a custom integration.

Multi-location and franchise FAQs

What franchisees and group operators ask.

Can a franchisee use Appetier for online ordering?
Yes, at the stores where you choose your own online ordering. Appetier runs on your own storefront and web address. If your franchise agreement requires the brand's own site or app, then that agreement decides which you use.
Is the monthly fee cap per brand or per location?
Per location. Each store pays 5% of its own direct orders, and its fee stops at $199 for the month.
Does one busy unit raise the fee for the others?
No. Each location pays 5% of its own direct orders, and its fee stops at $199 a month. A unit with no direct orders pays nothing that month.
Can each location have different prices?
Yes. Locations share one menu by default, and you change a price or an item at any store where it differs.
What happens when an item sells out at one store?
It drops off that store's online menu on the next POS sync. Your other locations keep selling it.
Do loyalty points work at every location?
Yes. Loyalty spans every location, so points earned at one store count at another.
What does Enterprise add for a franchisee or a group?
Enterprise is $399 a month per location with no percentage fee, and it includes everything in Growth. It adds supplier ordering, SSO, API access, your own drivers, and a named rollout contact.
Can we add locations one at a time?
Yes. Launch one store first, then add the others from the shared template and set hours and prices for each.
