Take cards on Appetier Pay at 2.9% + 30¢ online and 2.6% + 15¢ in person, with free payouts and no monthly fee for payments or the POS. Already have a processor? It still works.

An owner should see the number first.
Each term is the one the console shows before you agree.
01
Online and card on file orders cost 2.9% + 30¢. A card tapped, dipped, or swiped at your counter costs 2.6% + 15¢, and a card your staff type in costs 3.5% + 15¢. An international card adds what it costs to process. If a month's card fees do not cover what processing costs us, we charge the difference as one line on your statement. A restaurant whose fees cover it never sees that line. The console shows the current rates before you accept.
02
On Appetier Pay, guests can also pay at your checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay. Each costs the same 2.9% + 30¢ as a card online, and there's nothing to set up.
03
Money reaches your bank on any day your balance hits $50, and at least every seven days. There's no fee. An instant payout costs 1.5% of the amount, runs only when you ask, and shows its fee first.
04
Fill in your business and bank details in one short form, and checkout turns on once you accept the terms. Appetier stores no tax ID or bank number. There's no per-payout fee and no 1099 fee.
05
Payouts go straight to your bank account. Appetier does not hold your money.
06
The console shows each payment's fee and each payout. Refund an order there, and the refund is recorded once your processor confirms it. The card fee isn't returned.
07
Card numbers never touch Appetier or your systems, so there is no extra compliance work. Online, guests type their card into the processor's own form. In person, the reader takes the card. Appetier Pay is PCI compliant.
08
A dispute costs $30. That's the processor's own charge, and it comes back to you if the processor returns it. The console lists each dispute with its deadline and fills in the evidence from the order.
09
If a month's card fees don't cover what processing costs us, you pay the difference, usually a few dollars, as its own line on your next payout. If they cover it, you pay nothing extra. Disputes, international cards, and instant payouts are charged when they happen.
10
If a refund or dispute takes your balance below zero, the amount comes from your bank account. You agree to that in setup, before you take a card.
Three steps in the console, and you read every rate first.
01
Open payment settings in the console and read the rates, the payout rule, and the dispute fee. Your own processor stays one option away.
02
Add your business and bank details, and accept the terms, including taking a shortfall from your bank.
03
Checkout takes cards once the terms are accepted. Payments, fees, and payouts show beside the orders.
02
Ring up sales on a tablet you own. Take cards on a reader from us.
See restaurant POS systemGuests pay your restaurant, payouts go to your bank, and a processor you already use still works, with no Appetier markup. Take a test drive to see the payment settings on a private preview.
Appetier Pay is the default, not a requirement. A processor you already use connects as it is, and Appetier adds no markup to it.
