Direct orders
Appetier takes no commission on any order. Each location pays one flat fee per calendar month, set by its direct sales that month. A location pays nothing under $500 of direct sales, $29 up to $1,000, $79 up to $2,000, and $129 up to $3,000. Above that, it's $199. Direct sales are the food subtotal of orders through Appetier, online and in the store, catering included. Marketplace orders are never charged, and tax, tips, and delivery fees don't count. A paired POS or kiosk adds no add-on or device fee. The fee is collected in one charge to your card after the month closes.
- No order carries a commission, and the monthly fee never passes $199 per location
- A month under $500 in direct sales carries no fee
Included usage
Each location includes 1,500 marketing texts, 1,500 booking texts, and 10,000 marketing emails every calendar month. Usage past an allowance is billed at 1¢ per text and $1.50 per 1,000 marketing emails, on the same monthly charge.
- You set a monthly limit for usage past the allowances in the console
- The limit starts at $0, so nothing past an allowance is billed until you raise it
- At the limit, texts fall back to push or email and email campaigns pause
Voice and usage
Voice, which is AI phone answering and the AI drive-thru lane, is included in Growth at every location at no extra charge.
- Each Growth location includes 1,000 AI phone minutes a month. Minutes past that are billed at 3¢ a minute, only up to the limit you set, which starts at $0
- Drive-thru lane minutes are billed at 3¢ a minute under a separate lane minute limit you set
- A paired POS or kiosk carries no charge on either plan. Both are included at every location
Enterprise
Enterprise is $399 a month per location after a 30-day free trial, with no percentage fee. It includes Voice, as Growth does.
- Each location includes 2,000 AI phone minutes, 3,000 marketing texts, 3,000 booking texts, and 20,000 marketing emails a month
- Usage past those is billed at the same per-unit rates under the same limit
Restaurant-defined fees
Restaurants can configure their own fees as part of the checkout experience.
- Restaurants may apply service, convenience, delivery, pickup, or other fees at their discretion
- All restaurant-defined fees are displayed transparently during checkout
- Fees are retained by the restaurant or its service partners, not by Appetier
Optional and third-party services
Certain payment, delivery, or third-party services may carry additional costs.
- Appetier Pay shows its card rates before you accept. A processor you keep, or a delivery network, charges its own fees
- Any optional fees associated with integrations or add-on services are disclosed before activation
