Restaurant software questions

What does Appetier's restaurant software include?
Online ordering on your own site and branded apps, restaurant SEO and Google Business, loyalty, and guest campaigns. POS sync and marketplace orders run from the same console on the same menu.
How much does it cost?
Direct orders pay 5% until the fee reaches $199 a month per location, then nothing. Nothing is charged until direct orders come in, and marketplace orders carry no fee.
Do we have to replace our POS?
No. Appetier connects to Square, Shopify POS, Toast, Clover, Revel, and Micros, and prices and sold-out items update on their own. Connecting a POS is optional and never holds up launch.
How long does setup take?
A first location goes live in minutes from your website, or from your logo and a photo of your menu. Publishing also needs a priced item, a location set up to sell, and a saved card that moves no money.
Where does Appetier use AI?
It reads your menu off a photo, writes missing item descriptions, and replies to Google reviews in your voice. You choose how much it does on its own, and prices never change unless you change them.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Every location runs on one menu and one look, and each keeps its own hours. The monthly fee cap applies to each location separately.
