Reservations
Restaurant reservation software on your own site, with a waitlist at the door
Guests book a table on your site or join the waitlist from a code at the door. Every booking stays in your Appetier console, not another vendor's guest list.

The front door runs on too many tools
Orders come through your site, but tables usually don't.
- Bookings live in a second vendor's app.
- The phone rings for a table in the middle of the rush.
- Walk-ins crowd the host stand asking how long.
- A guest forgets a booking nobody reminded them about.
- Google's reserve button sends guests somewhere else.
Bookings and walk-ins on the page guests already use
Reservations and the waitlist run from the same site and console as your direct orders.
01
A reserve page on your site
Every storefront gets a page with open times for each location. Guests leave a name and email, plus a phone and a note if they like.
02
Pacing instead of a floor plan
You set how many covers and parties may start in each 15 minute slot. Two guests can never take the same last seats.
03
Times that follow your hours
Open times come from your store hours, with a per day override for an earlier last seating. You also set party sizes, how far ahead guests book, and a same day cutoff.
04
A waitlist joined at the door
Guests scan the code at your door and see their place and the wait your host quoted. When the table is ready, their phone tells them.
05
Reminders by push first
A reminder goes out 24 hours ahead by push. A text follows only if the push goes unopened for two hours and the guest agreed to booking texts.
06
Confirm and cancel from one link
The confirmation shows on screen and arrives by push and email, never by text. Each message carries a private link the guest uses to cancel, and the seats open back up.
Sous takes bookings on the phone and in the console
Every booking goes through the same pacing check, whoever takes it.
01
Tables booked by phone
Sous answers the phone, finds an open time, and books with the caller's name and number. It reads the date and time back before the call ends.
02
The Voice add-on on Growth
Phone answering on Growth comes with the Voice add-on at $49 a month per location. Where reservations are off, Sous passes a table call to your staff.
03
Bookings typed in the chat
Tell Sous to book Garcia for four at 7, and it fills in the booking form for you to save.
04
Tonight's book on request
Ask Sous who's booked tonight or how long the waitlist is. It reads the day's bookings and the line for that location.
05
Reserve a table on Google
Sous points the reservation link on your Google Business Profile at your own reserve page. Guests who tap it on Google book with you.
Turn on bookings location by location
Reservations and the waitlist each have their own switch in the console.
01
Set the rules for each location
Pick party sizes, how many days ahead guests can book, and the covers each slot can take.
02
Print the waitlist code
Turn the waitlist on and print its code for the door. Guests can join only while you're open, and a new code retires the old one.
03
Run the night from the Reservations page
Staff add bookings, mark parties seated or no-show, and tell the next party their table is ready. The host screen shows which way each guest was reached.
Bookings run on the same site, phone, and listing as your orders
