Private events

Restaurant private events, booked and paid online

Clients ask for a date and hear back right away. You send one quote, they accept on a link and pay the deposit, and the room is held.

Use Appetier POS, included in Growth, or keep your POS: with write access, it takes the orders.

Private events get lost in the inbox

An inquiry comes in during service, and the reply waits until Monday. By then the client has asked someone else.

  • Inquiries arrive by email, text, and Instagram.
  • The same questions about capacity and menus get answered by hand.
  • A deposit means a back and forth and a check.
  • Two events end up on the same night.

Private events from the first question to the deposit

Fewer messages to answer, and every booking in one place.

01

An answer within seconds

A client who sends an inquiry hears back right away, with answers from your spaces, services, menu, and policies.

02

Your quote, your price

The reply never promises a date or a price you have not published. You send the quote.

03

Accepted on a link

The client reads the quote, types their name to accept, and pays the deposit.

04

No double bookings

A confirmed event holds its room, bar, or truck for its window. A second booking for the same time is refused.

05

Changes the client approves

If the plan changes after they accepted, the client approves the change before it stands.

06

The balance collects itself

The balance is charged 72 hours before the event unless you choose another day.

07

Pages that sell the space

Your site gets events, catering, and mobile bar pages with what is included and how far you travel. A page shows only once it has something on it.

Restaurant private events FAQs

What owners ask before the first booking.

Does an inquiry hold my date?
No. A date is held only once you confirm the booking, so an inquiry never blocks your calendar.
What does the instant reply say?
It answers from your own spaces, services, menu, and policies. It holds no date, confirms nothing, and quotes no price you have not published.
When is the balance charged?
72 hours before the event, unless you pick another time.
Can I use it on my current website?
Yes. Paste the events and reservations embed into your site. Payment opens your Appetier page in a new tab.
Does it cost extra?
No. Booking revenue counts as direct sales on Growth, which takes no commission and charges $199 at most a month.
