How the comparison counts
- Growth is one flat fee a month per location, set by that month's direct sales: nothing under $500, and never more than $199.
- An annual bill is divided by 12 and a quarterly bill by 3. Tax and one-time charges are left out.
- Fees added to guests' bills count in your month, labeled as paid by guests, because your guests pay them.
