Branded restaurant apps with free push to the lock screen

Your own iOS and Android apps, built from the same menu and colors as your storefront. Push notifications are free to send.

Reaching a regular usually costs money or gets filtered

Every way you reach guests today comes with a catch.

  • Email lands in a promotions tab.
  • A social post reaches a slice of your followers.
  • SMS reaches the phone, and you pay for every text.
  • Paid ads charge again to reach a guest who already ordered twice.

A regular reorders in one tap from the home screen

Favorites, saved payment, and rewards live in the app, next to the same menu as your storefront.

01

Push to the lock screen

Sending costs nothing per message. The alert lands where guests look first.

02

One-tap reorder

Saved payment and favorites turn the usual order into one tap.

03

Loyalty in the pocket

Guests see their balance and rewards before they choose.

04

Links that open the dish

A campaign link opens the item in the app, not a web page about it.

Your winbacks reach the lock screen too

Any campaign that goes out by email or text can also go out as push.

01

Written for you

Sous drafts each push the way it drafts your email and texts, and offers only what your limits allow.

02

You set how much it sends

Read each push before it goes, or let it send inside your limits. Pause it anytime. A push already sent can't be pulled back.

03

Menu edits without a new release

Change a price or mark a dish sold out, and both apps show it. No store update is needed.

Both apps come from the storefront you already built

There's nothing new to design. The store accounts are the only extra step.

01

Check the build on a phone

Appetier builds the icon, colors, and menu from your storefront. You look them over before anything is submitted.

02

Add your store accounts

Apple charges $99 a year for a developer account. Google charges a one-time fee.

03

Appetier submits both apps

Apple and Google review each app on their own schedule. Your storefront keeps taking orders meanwhile.

An app guest is the same guest you already know

01

Push joins every campaign

Winbacks and offers reach app guests by push, next to email and text.

02

Points from your site show up in the app

Guests earn on either one and see a single balance.

03

One menu behind the site and both apps

Edit the storefront menu and the apps follow.

See online ordering

Your storefront first, then the apps on your phone

Both apps come from the storefront the test drive builds from your own site. Once you start free and add your store accounts, you check the test build on your own phone.

Branded app FAQs

Questions owners ask before adding an app.

Does push cost anything to send?
Sending a push costs nothing per message. Growth includes 1,500 marketing texts a month per location. Past that, each text costs 1¢, up to a limit you set.
How much engagement will push add?
We don't have a measured figure from Appetier restaurants yet, and we won't invent one. Push does reach the lock screen, and it costs nothing to send.
What do the app stores cost?
An Apple developer account is $99 a year. Google's is a one-time fee. Appetier handles the preparation and submission.
Do we need a separate menu for the app?
No. The apps read the same menu as your storefront, and one edit reaches both.
How do guests find the app?
From a link you share on your site, a QR code, a receipt, or a campaign. Nobody has to search an app store for you.
How long until the apps are in the stores?
Appetier builds and submits both apps. Apple and Google then review them on their own schedule. Your storefront takes orders the whole time.
