Appetier + Rappi integration

What works

With your access: Rappi orders are taken and managed in Rappi's own tools, such as the RappiAliado app, under your Rappi agreement. Rappi serves Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Costa Rica.

On our own: Appetier runs your direct ordering site, with its fee on direct orders only. Rappi orders stay in Rappi's own tools, under your Rappi commission plan.

Where Rappi orders stay

Rappi orders are taken in the RappiAliado app. Your Rappi agreement covers the commission and payouts.

Rappi gives you seven minutes to answer

Rappi orders normally arrive in the RappiAliado app, where staff accept, print, and confirm them. If an order sits for seven minutes with no answer, Rappi assumes nobody is watching and switches the store off until you reconnect. Keep that screen where staff can see it.

What you manage in Rappi Partners

Rappi runs in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Costa Rica. Rappi Partners, its web portal and app, is where you run Rappi promotions and campaigns and read Rappi's store metrics. Rappi's couriers deliver Rappi orders, and payouts come from Rappi.

What Appetier does on its own

Appetier gives you a storefront where guests order from you directly. Its fee counts only orders through Appetier, online or in your store. Appetier never touches a Rappi order.
