Appetier + iFood integration

What works

With your access: Create an iFood private app for your store and paste its keys in the console. Appetier then reads that store's iFood orders. iFood production access is for a store in Brazil.

On our own: Appetier runs your direct ordering site, with its fee on direct orders only. iFood orders stay in iFood's own tools, under your iFood commission plan.

What your iFood access does

An iFood private app is created in iFood's developer portal for one store. Paste its keys in the console once, and Appetier reads that store's iFood orders. iFood gives any developer a sandbox for testing. Production access is for a store in Brazil.

The Gestor de Pedidos

Without a private app, an iFood restaurant takes orders in iFood's Gestor de Pedidos. It runs in the App iFood para Parceiro on Android and iOS, and on a computer, with sound alerts for each new order. Your iFood contract, commission, and repasse stay as iFood set them, and iFood's couriers carry iFood deliveries.

iFood now reaches guests inside the Uber app

In May 2025 iFood and Uber announced a partnership in Brazil. Uber's delivery tab moves to iFood, so Uber customers order from iFood restaurants without leaving the Uber app. The orders are still iFood orders, managed in your iFood store.

What Appetier does on its own

Appetier gives you a storefront where guests order from you directly. Its fee counts only orders through Appetier, online or in your store. Appetier's fee never applies to an iFood order.
