Appetier + Apple Business Connect integration

What works

With your access: Appetier cannot sign in to Apple Maps for you. In Apple Business Connect, claim each place card, keep hours and details current, and point the ordering button at your Appetier storefront.

On our own: Your Appetier storefront takes direct orders, and each location has its own page to link from your Apple card.

What it does

Appetier does not read or change your Apple Maps card. You edit the card in Apple Business Connect, and its ordering link can point to your Appetier storefront.

Restaurants whose guests search on Apple Maps and Siri.

What Apple requires

Apple Business Connect is free. Apple verifies the business first, and then you claim each location's place card. Apple gives its partner API only to its own partners, and a sync would need it. You can claim and edit your own card without it.

What an Apple Maps place card can hold

A claimed card carries your logo, photos, hours, and key details, and it can invite guests to act, such as ordering food. The information shows up in Apple Maps, Messages, Wallet, and Siri. Each location gets its own place card, so each one can carry a different ordering link.

Showcases for a special, with a button that orders

A Showcase is Apple's slot for something seasonal or a limited offer. It holds a headline, a short body, one image, and a button that links where you choose. For a restaurant, the useful link is the storefront page for that location, not your home page.
