Appetier + Deliveroo integration

What works

With your access: Deliveroo orders are taken and managed in Deliveroo's own tools, under your Deliveroo agreement. Deliveroo serves the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.

On our own: Appetier runs your direct ordering site, with its fee on direct orders only. Deliveroo orders stay in Deliveroo's own tools, under your Deliveroo commission plan.

Where Deliveroo orders stay

Deliveroo orders are taken in Live Orders or on the Deliveroo tablet. Your Deliveroo agreement covers the commission and payouts.

Deliveroo's order screen runs on a 10-minute clock

Deliveroo sends new partners a tablet, and its Partner Hub also runs Live Orders on a laptop or your own tablet. Deliveroo rejects an order on its own after 10 minutes with no answer. That timer keeps running whether anyone looks or not, so keep the screen where staff can see it.

Deliveroo's markets in 2026

Deliveroo doesn't operate in the US. DoorDash completed its purchase of Deliveroo in October 2025, and in 2026 announced it would leave Qatar and Singapore. Your Deliveroo agreement, commission, and payouts stay as Deliveroo set them.

What Appetier does on its own

Appetier gives you a storefront where guests order from you directly. Its fee counts only orders through Appetier, online or in your store. Appetier never touches a Deliveroo order.
