DoorDash Storefront alternatives, ranked by what a month costs
DoorDash Storefront is now called Online Ordering. Here is what DoorDash prints about it, then Appetier and every priced alternative at the same order volume.
What DoorDash Online Ordering publishes
DoorDash retired the Storefront name. The product on its merchant site is now Online Ordering, part of DoorDash Commerce Platform, and it needs an active DoorDash store. DoorDash lists 0% commission on direct orders and no monthly fee for Online Ordering.
Card processing is the cost to watch. DoorDash's August 2025 announcement gives 2.9% + $0.30 on Boost and Pro, and the current US pages print no rate. Boost, which adds a site DoorDash builds, is $99 a month. Pro, which adds the branded app and loyalty, is $249. Delivering an own-site order with a DoorDash driver costs $6.99 to $10.99 a delivery.
The marketplace plans are a different price list. DoorDash's pricing page lists 15%, 25%, or 30% on delivery orders by plan and 6% on pickup, read on October 19, 2026. Appetier takes direct orders on your own domain with no commission, and its monthly fee follows your direct sales and stops at $199 a location.
