What ChowNow publishes
ChowNow sells three tiers. Launch is $229 a month on an annual plan or $249 monthly. Grow is $319 or $349, and Elevate is $409 or $449.
Card processing is 2.95% plus $0.29 per transaction, and setup runs $119 to $499. Each tier also caps the guests you can market to: 500 on Launch, 2,000 on Grow, and 5,000 on Elevate.
ChowNow lists restaurants in its own consumer app, where a 7.5% Support Local Fee applies. That listing is the reason to stay. Without it, compare on what the first months cost while your own ordering builds. Appetier has no commission, and 1,500 marketing texts come included. A month under $500 in direct sales is free, the fee stops at $199, and POS and kiosk are included.

Each company starts on its lowest-cost plan at your volume, and you can switch plans. One-time setup, hardware, and delivery costs are left out.
Popmenu sells online ordering as an add-on with no public price, so its total is a minimum.

Yes. ChowNow's pricing page caps marketing contacts at 500 on Launch, 2,000 on Grow, and 5,000 on Elevate.
How long is a ChowNow agreement?
Billing is monthly or annual, and the agreement renews for the same term. Launch, Grow, and Elevate end 30 days after a cancellation request.
